Yes. As part of event management or venue coordination we can help shortlist suitable venues and liaise with them on technical and logistical requirements.

Where needed, we arrange a site visit to assess access, power, layout and technical requirements. Whether a visit is required is agreed during scoping.

Yes. We offer live streaming and hybrid event support so remote audiences can follow and take part in your programme.

Rigging and flown equipment are offered only where safety requirements, qualified personnel and venue approval are confirmed. Where these cannot be confirmed, we propose ground-supported alternatives.

Yes. Load-in, setup, testing, operation during the event and pack-down are planned into the schedule and agreed with the venue in advance.
